So, it’s a while since I got my boots 🥾 on... last big trek was China for a 9 day trek around various parts of the Great Wall, where me and my comrades raised £200k for Alzheimer’s almost 4 years ago.

Most events have been cancelled this year due to COVID, but this trek (which has been rescheduled) is going ahead which is UK based and gives us an opportunity to raise much needed funds.  More than ever, families and carers are even more isolated now that groups and day centres have not been able to meet.
