Story

Team Craven (Rachel, Kate, Emily, Holly and Will) are taking part in Trek26PeakDistrict by walking 13 miles for Alzheimers Society. We are walking to support our mum/grandma and all the other families affected by Alzheimer’s. Our mum is being cared for by the wonderful team at Craven Nursing Home.
