Hello! Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.

I know that everyone has their own charities and challenges that they support and certainly if you had asked me just over a year ago then the words bowel cancer, prostrate cancer, british heart foundation and parkinson's would all have featured heavily in our thoughts. 2010 wasn't a good year! But there just wasn't a dry eye in the house when the Children's Trust did a presentation at work recently. Wow!What an amazing charity working so hard to provide care, education and therapy to children with multiple disabilities. I was just so moved but what I saw and how hard they worked that The Children's Trust has become my charity of choice and I am proud to be trying to run the BUPA Great South Run to raise money for them.

I know we all have so many pressures at the moment - but every little bit helps! Please try and support me to get to the end of 10 miles, hoping that I have helped just a little a very worthy cause. Trust me - it's going to take alot for me to get to the end of 10 miles!
