Thanks for visiting my Race for Life page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online - it's quick, easy and totally secure. I only started running again a couple of months ago, after recovering from a neck injury which left me fairly immobile for about a year. 10k will be a challenge for me, but I'm  training hard, so please make all those early-morning runs worthwhile :)  In memory of my little nan, Kath, who was like a mum to me, and my dad, Dave Rance, who died on 3rd March this year. Cancer took them both, far too early.

We all know someone who has had cancer, so please sponsor me and help Cancer Research fight this terrible disease.  Even £1 will help make a difference, but if you can afford more, then brilliant!
