Story

Like most charities the coronavirus is having a huge impact on Headway Essex's income and as a result they're facing a significant shortfall in income this year.

Headway Essex is a charity very close to my heart and I'm fortunate enough to see first hand the invaluable service they offer to support adults with acquired brain injury and their families.

Jo, Lucy and I are taking part in Headway Essex's first virtual event and will be running (or walking) 5 kilometres everyday for two weeks.

Please donate whatever you can to this amazing cause, even the cost of your morning coffee will make a difference.

Thank you
