Well it’s nearly tomorrow I will see a 9 year dream come true !!it has been emotional and exciting 🙌

I will run 26.2 miles and take every step for him. It’s dad and daughter time and he will be there with him. I wear his ring and carry him in my heart. When it gets tough he will be right there on my right side. I will see and hear him when I need a boost ❤️❤️

Run, walk  or skip I will get round.How I do will remain to be seen. A humble thank you to everyone who has donated and sent kind messages of support.

I am so delighted to share that I will be running London Baby !! This has been made possible through Alzheimer’s Scotland and my dad was my biggest fan and I know as  I run wearing his ring we will have some great chat!!  He was 58 when diagnosed and died in 2011 at 62 a man so full of life and fun that no two days were the same. He made made everyone laugh and his faith kept him going . If he was alive today I know he would be out helping me train and he will be on my shoulder in the long dark miles and the tough days will remind my why ! 

You went too soon and I miss the plans we made for the future .  He always said Do your best and I will do -just for you.❤️ After every phone call he always said nice to hear your voice and I miss your voice but will hear it in London I know you are truly going to be there with me ❤️

I take my son Lewis with me too and as my dad met him I know they will both be watching and laughing at such crazy antics
