As you all know, our family was devastated by the loss of my sister-in-law Karen, a year last November. Her passing has left the biggest hole in our lives, which can never be filled. We will miss her forever.

But, what you can do however is sponsor me for my Firewalk challenge, which is to take place this March at Sherrardswood School in Welwyn. The money raised will help the Isabel Hospice continue their amazing work of providing end of life care for those with life-limiting illnesses and also provide care and counselling for those left behind.

Christmas has now come and gone and I understand that money can be tight at this time of year but please, please donate whatever you can afford, however small the amount, it'll make the biggest difference.
