Anne has signed up to trek in Cambodia and  Stephen and I have signed up to do the West Coast bike ride  in memory of Anne's sister Daphne Davies, my dad Ben Goode  and my nan Ivy Burns. 

This is  Anne and Stephen's 4th and my 3rd physical and fundraising challenge with Velindre. We know many people who have benefited from the wonderful care Velindre provides. That's why we  want to continue to raise money and support the amazing work Velindre Cancer Centre do to treat and support people with cancer.
