It must be a mid life crisis! I'm scared of heights! I must be mad! These are some of the thoughts that have been racing through my mind recently. In a strange way I am looking forward to being somewhere where no one can reach me for a short space of time - oh, except the person that I will be attached to of course!

I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support to aid the charity to continue to carryout the fantastic work that they do. Having had contact with Macmillan Cancer Support during my dad's illness I know how much the nurses' support meant to our family.

Sadly since starting my fundraising my mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer so this means so much more to me.
