Team Nemeth subscribes to wine (in a healthy way - always drink responsibly!) - but I don't discriminate because I also love strawberry daiquiris....and black russians.....and maragritas!  These are staples in our week. But I'm going to give them up, starting 1st October right through to 5th November which is the Insurance United Against Dementia 'Day of Giving'. Here's why we're doing it...

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day they find a cure, they will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

Every three minutes, someone in the UK develops dementia.  It's a disease, NOT a natural part of ageing. We need to do all we can to support people living with dementia, both directly and the people around them who feel the impacts too.
