I have decided to run the half marathon, however originally I thought I would do it for myself, not really thinking I would be able to finish, and not wanting to disappoint anyone but me.  

 however a friend of mine decided to donate £20.00 if I ran for st Lukes, not wanting to disappoint my friend, or myself I decided to embrace the half marathon and started running with a the Plymstock Running Club who has given me the support and encourgement to run.  Running is hard I cannot deny but with the thought that I am running that will raise funds to support families who are going through a difficult time is worth the pain.
