Last year, my sister Steph and I raised funds for Cancer Research UK and the Hospice by doing our own version of the Race for Life.  Thanks so much for supporting us - we smashed our original targets and raised over £700 in total! This year, I'm going to be brave and have my head shaved! Steph won't be taking part in this one, as she's already been there, done that, had chemo, etc, etc. So she's excused this time! I'm aiming for a head shave date of 16th April 2021, as this is a convenient date near to the 2nd anniversary of Mum's passing. (Assuming my hairdresser is able to work again by then - I don't really fancy letting Stuart loose with the scissors and clippers)! Over the years I've had my hair in many styles and colours. Straight, permed, highlights, henna, and more recently magenta and purple! But I've never had it 'buzz cut'! I'm pretty sure it won't suit me, but hey ho, it will grow back!
