Welcome to our 2020 London Marathon page!

Story

I have wanted to take part in the London marathon since successfully completing the Bristol half marathon ten years ago, a week after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

I've now fully recovered and raised money for several charities that are close to my heart, as they have helped my family and friends through some challenging times.

On this occasion I decided to look at local charities and after lots of research have chosen to raise money for Children's Hospice South West, who provide support for children with life limiting conditions and their families.

As a result of covid 19 I am now taking part in the virtual great north run half marathon on the 13.09.2020 and the virtual London marathon on the 04.10.2020.

Many thanks for all the support from family, friends and colleagues...and those who don't know me at all but have supported this fantastic charity.x
