So last year when I went to watch Sara swim the Great Salford Swim her Dad guilt-tripped me into doing it. Also I needed something to guilt-trip me into going swimming and getting fit again so this was perfect.

I will be doing a mile in Salford Keys on May 15th. I will be making a fool of myself in a wetsuit so please donate!

I am raising money for the Alzheimers Society as my Grandma Walker's (who passed in 2000) old friend Hilda currently has Alzheimers and it is a horrible illness that effects many people.
