On Saturday 28th April 2012, my husband Stephen Groves suffered a cardiac arrest whilst walking to the top of Dale Head in the Lake District.  The North West Air Ambulance were part of an amazing team of other walkers, mountain rescue volunteers, and the RAF who treated Stephen on site and brought him to safety. 

Stephen has been given another chance - please help other walkers in similar situations be given this critical help when needed.
