This project is very close to my heart - The goal is to improve each and every  patient journey inclusive of all functional abilities post operative; to enhance independence in personal care  and ensure we support the needs of our patients with Dementia and visual impairment to reduce falls risk by creating practical and user friendly shared bathrooms on our wards for patients whom are cared for at The Royal Orthopeadic Hospital. 

I am incredibly proud to be leading the Throne project and collobrate alongside expert and experienced staff to make this project happen....... All we need is the support and generous donations to launch this fantastic project

I am currently training 4 x week to achieve this huge personal challenge!! I have never ran a 1/2 marathon before .. so to say I m nervous/excited  is an understatement  I m not a natural runner so I doing the best I can prepare ... 3 x run a week &1 x yoga session as running is 50% physical n 50% mental strength, stay in touch on my page and I ll keep you all updated with my progress ... please wish me lots of love n positive vibes I m defo going to need it!!
