In memory of Tracey Clare
We offer local care and support to those affected by life-limiting illness

Story

Hi everyone. My sister Tracey Clare sadly passed away on the 3rd of may 2011 after very bravely fighting lung cancer. Tracey was only 40 years old and should of had many happy years ahead of her. Tracey moved from Hanworth middlesex to Poole, Dorset to start a new life with her loving partner Allan after having various treatments. Sadly though she never managed to fulfil her dream of properly starting her new life in Poole. Tracey got moved to a hospice in Poole, where she spent her final weeks. Friends of forest holme are the charity that supports the hospice and specialist palliative care in Poole, Dorset. The work the hospice does is really second to none. Im hoping, in a couple of months to do a sponsored bike ride to raise much needed money for the hospice which looked after my sister so well during her final weeks. I will keep you all updated as to when and where it will take place.
