The Bodie Hodges Foundation support families who have been bereaved of a child. These are the darkest times for any family, and although this pain cannot be taken away, the right support can help a family to begin to rebuild. Families are offered early therapeutic support sessions for parents and siblings, the opportunity to stay at Bodie's Boathouse in Tallington Lakes, and Treasured Memory Bags filled with age-appropriate grief resources for bereaved siblings. There are also various support groups available for mums, dads, and siblings of all ages, including a toddler stay and play group. All of these services are provided free of charge, and funded by the generosity of the community.
