Story
Hi everyone – Tova and Riona here! Thank you so much for supporting our Lake District Challenge.
Your donation means a lot to us and is great motivation to get us through the challenge ahead!
On June 11th we’ll be setting off, walking 100km in the Lake District, in just two days. Starting in Kendal, we’ll be walking a loop across Garburn Pass and Ambleside, before reaching the halfway point of Lake Windermere. Day two we’ll continue the route, finishing back in Kendal to celebrate as we walk/crawl across the finish line.
We are so excited that Dania (Mom-thinks) has also joined Team Action helping us to fundraise for ActionAid! Welcome to the team Dania!
How your support can help
We’re both huge advocates for gender equality and passionate about championing women, which is why we’re fundraising for ActionAid. ActionAid is an international development charity that works with women and girls living in poverty. Their dedicated local staff are changing the world with women and girls. They are ending violence and fighting poverty so that all women, everywhere, can create the future they want.
