Last year, on Saturday 29th August 2020, 6 friends embarked on their first cycle trip together, leaving the white cliffs of Dover to conquer some of the most challenging Tour De France climbs of the Haute-Savoie. What we didn’t know at the time, was that this was going to be the holiday of a lifetime - a true blessing, as we were gifted a week with our brother Nate. He unfortunately passed away on the 26th March this year, and our trip was the last time some of the lads were able to see his face, cheeky smile and hear his contagious cackle. Memories we will take with us for the rest of our lives, and with that we are truly grateful.
Nate was our brother and we’re hurting like we lost our own. He’s left a void that will never be filled, but we’ll carry him through everything we do. Regardless of where we are in the world, we have made a pact that each year we will come together for Tour De Nate, a cycle in his memory, while raising money and awareness for mental health. Therefore, we have decided will raise money for Mind.
Tour de Nate 2021 will see us embark to the Welsh Massif of Snowdonia - where we will tackle all 12 of Snowdonia's toughest hill climbs over 4 rides through the week, covering just over 500km... You can check out our planned rides here:
