We fund care, campaigning and research to achieve a world free from MND

Story

This year's Tour De Galles is riding to raise money for Motor Neurone Disease research.  An ailment which has had a cruel impact on a number of people, including in particular some of the most talented sportspeople we have followed over the years.

2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the Tour De Galles.  The initial plans for 4 members of Keep Wales Tidy to ride from Holyhead to Cardiff grew to 15 of us supported by a van.

Since then, apart from a covid interruption, we have taken on some challenging routes and climbs throughout Wales (and visited parts of England).

To celebrate this anniversary, we will be riding without one member of our team, the support van.  The course will actively seek out the later routes this time around, but it will be longer than anything we've done before.
