Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for NRAS and the Tough Ten. 

 

I will be running the full 10 mile event for the National Rheimatoid Arthritis Society, supporting not just a fantastic lady Casey (who runs a support group in Weston-Super-Mare) but the Vearncombe family as a whole.  Casey, has this disease and she has battled through personal anguish and the impact it has had on her family to run a support group. Now it is time for me as the "running man" to give back.  Neil, Louis (Caseys kids .....well husband and son are doing the 1 mile fun run as is my son Mitchell).  On Valentines day spare a thought and some cash for us and NRAS.
