On Sunday 17th August 2014,  We will attempt to finish the 12 mile obstacle course that is "Tough-Mudder" Not a race...A challenge.  Pushing our bodies and minds to the limit.  Crawling under barbed wire, swimming in ice pools and electric shocks are just a few examples of the type of torment we will be putting our bodies through!  All in aid of the charity known as SUDEP (Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy).

SUDEP is a charity close to my heart, devoted to research and raising awareness and providing support for those who have been affected.

This is gona be tough...
