On September 21st myself and other participants from the Wales' University Officer Training Corps (Cardiff Company) will be taking part in the Tough Mudder Challenge in the South-West of England.

I said I'd do it without giving it too much thought, but now that I have 'googled' this event and seen the videos I'm a little uneasy of the event to come! It really just isn't about physical fitness but also mental attitude too, search for yourself to see exactly what we will be getting up to but I can tell you that cold, wet and miserable is amoung the descriptive words! As well as bruised, tired and gasping for air!
