Owing to work commitments, we had to cancel our original entry into January's Tough Guy. However, on Sunday 25th July, we are all going to go through hell in order to raise as much money as we can to help the men and women of the armed forces and their families. Our few hours of hell are nothing compared to what the troops face daily, so anything you can spare to support this great cause will be a massive boost to us as we take on the challenge of the dreaded Tough Guy course.
