The team (Iain, Mark H, Paul, Nassim, Borja & Tom) are running in the Sprint Challenge, comprising of a 750m swim, 19.8km bike ride, followed by a 5.4km run. Held within the grounds of Blenheim Palace, regarded as one of the UK's most picturesque triathlons, with over 7,000 triathletes taking part.
Look Good Feel Better run confidence boosting skincare and make-up Workshops/Masterclasses across the UK for women of any age, undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. They're dedicated to improving their wellbeing and self-esteem, and many beneficiaries feel LGFB helped them gain a sense of control and normality at a time when diagnosis and treatment had taken over their lives.
