Story

So, somewhat unbelievably I ran nearly the whole 10k (well, apart from around 100m, but I've chosen to excise that from my memory).
It was on a very hot day, and together with two other mates we made it all the way round with around 20,000 other people. I think I did it in around 1 hour 10 minutes.
Not only did I run (nearly) all the way, I was able to walk the next day. So mission largely achieved. And obviously we went to the pub to celebrate.
I've posted some fairly hideous photos post run photos, including a suitably appropriate emotional shot of me and my medal (the first I've ever got for anything sporting!).
Thanks so much for sponsoring me, you've contributed with other friends and family to a total of £285 for Women's Aid.
