Following a cardiac incident last year I have decided to prove to everyone as well as myself there is life and renewed fitness following a heart attack and raise money for the jersey branch of the British heart foundation to say thank you for all the work they do for islanders.

On 18th of August 2019 I will be doing a round island walk called “heart to heart “ to finish exactly a year to the day of my collapse, thank you for taking the time to read my story and really appreciate any contribution towards such an amazing charity which is very dear to my heart (excuse the pun ha ha) no amount is too small in helping others living and living well with cardiac conditions.
