On Sunday the 3rd July I intend to cycle 120 miles from Bishops Cleeve to the Imperial War Museum in London, meeting up with injured servicemen & women of the armed forces along the way and cycling beside them.

GE has partnered with Help for Heroes and has set a goal of raising £350,000 to build a recovery centre for injured veterans. In the past recovery centre's have focused on the physical wounds suffered by the men and women of the armed forces, but there is a need for a purpose built recovery centre specifically for psychological wounds. GE's aim is to raise enough money to build the UK's first such recovery centre.
