Two 'Runs' for One Donation

This 2017 time limited offer is one you just cannot refuse. Think of it like 'Buy One Get One Free' - and all for a #rocking good cause. 

In 2015 and 2016 I was lucky enough to 'run' the fabulous Great North Run and last year you generously donated £430 to Macmillan Cancer Support. I'm still here and so is Macmillan Cancer Support. The 5 awesome people I 'run' in memory of still aren't here and I'm a year older and I thought I'd better do a bit more this year to justify your donations.  

So, (have you noticed how many people nowadays start a sentence with 'So'?) I'll 'run' the Great North Run on September 10th and my inaugural marathon - Birmingham International - on October 15th. 

As I'm doing twice the distance with the marathon then I'll be doubling up my units intake on both columns of the choco-wine diet from September 11th.
