My name is Tony Preston, 1 million punches is no small undertaking for sure but this is a very worthy cause.

Inspired by Geoff Thompsons 100,000 punch challenge,the idea is to perfect a technique by doing 1 MILLION repetitions.

In perfecting one thing we can find through the experience that we can begin to perfect many things. I decided to do 1 million. Please support this attempt I can assure you I will see it through to the end.
