This year im running my 10th and final !! As always im running for charity and this year I decided to run for the "Help the Hospice", the charity I ran my first marathon for, after my Uncle Vinny died from cancer in the Halton Haven hospice.

Now this year im weighing in at 16stone6, my last marathon was 5hrs 30minutes, and so im obviously going for 4hrs. Its a mammoth challenge for a larger man so If you would like to show a little support by donating through the website both me and the Charity would be very grateful
