Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Saturday the 25th June I will taking part in the Hardmoors 40. A ultra marathon starting in Beverley to Malton along the Wolds Way.

The overal distance is around 47 miles with over 4500 feet of elevation.

This by far will be my most physical and mental challenge to date raising funds for Sight Support. Like always every kind donation will be matched by Lloyds Banking Group.

Can you pledge 25p per mile …

Please continue to check out my page for updates and also that of Sight Support Hull & East Yorkshire.

Thank you Tom

The Hardwolds 40 route follows the Hudson Way from Beverley to pick up the  Wolds Way just outside of Goodmanham.  The route continues to follow the Wolds Way except for a diversion into the village of  Millington.  Returning back onto the Wolds Way by living Millington via the MinsterWay briefly the route continues passing through Fridaythorpe,  Thixendale and the deserted medieval village of Wharram Percy, all before leaving the Wolds Way near Settrington Beaconand descending into Settrington to pick up theCentenary Way to Malton and the race finish .
