This is my part in helping support Mental Health. I myself suffer with ill mental health and personally believe it is not talked about enough. I want to drive more awareness towards mental health and help people feel more comfortable and confident to talk about it.

I am doing a sponsored ride on a static WattBike in aid of Mind UK, covering the distance from my house in Gloucestershire all the way to London (116 miles) and back (232 miles) which is where Mind HQ is based. My goal is to raise a pound for each mile I do, so that's the reason I set my goal at 232 pounds.

I am giving myself the challenge of completing this ride in under 18 hours. Starting in the early hours of the morning and finishing in the late evening on Sunday the 16th of August.
