Thank you so much to everyone who has supported me and donated money to help Oxfam's fantastic work.

Oxfam's Fundraiser of Month - February 2010!
After having to postpone my place in last year’s London Marathon due to a knee injury, I am back in training and looking forward to the race in April. Be sure to watch the video on this fundraising page to see a typical training session!
A huge thank you to everyone who generously sponsored me last year – due to a technicality with the Just Giving website, your donations have been carried forward and are now included within my ‘offline donations’ total. I’d also like to thank the people who sponsored me during my Land’s End to John O’Groats cycle ride last summer, especially as a lot of these donations came from people I met fleetingly in youth hostels and pubs along the journey.
I still have a long way to go before I reach my fundraising target, and would really appreciate your support. My fundraising activities have included organising a disco for Year 7 pupils at Sprowston Community High School (where I work as an English teacher), which was great fun and raised £220 towards Oxfam’s work. We also held a Fairtrade Fortnight at school, during which pupils baked cakes using Fairtrade ingredients, designed and made Fairtrade jewellery and sold badges in aid of Oxfam. We also had a 'Sponge the Teacher’ event, where one pupil requested £10 from his mum to enable him to throw lots of wet sponges at me!
I would be very grateful for your support and if you’re a UK taxpayer, be sure to reclaim Gift Aid. Here are a few examples of how your donation will help:
