WHY BEAT?

BEAT is a fantastic charity that supports people across the UK suffering with an eating disorder, as well as those caring for loved ones with eating disorders. 

With all the festive celebrations going on in December, this time of year can be an especially difficult time for those with eating disorders, as well as their carers and loved ones. 

I wanted to do something fun and festive to raise money and also raise awareness. 

BEAT does such wonderful work all year round but one of the things I really love is the special programs, workshops and events they run throughout December. 

Your donation big or small will make a huge difference.
