We provide specialist nurses to support families affected by dementia

Story

Hello,

We made it to the top of the world's tallest free-standing mountain! The final ascent was especially tough, -20 degrees and headaches/nausea caused by the altitude.  But we made it and thank you to everyone who has sponsored me so far.

Ali's dad, my adopted grandad, passed away just before we left for Tanzania, so this trip had added meaning and purpose   For those who still want to donate, this page will stay open for a while. We are raising monoey for Dementia UK  (http://www.dementiauk.org) which is a small charity that promotes and develops Admiral Nursing - a specialist nursing intervention focused on meeting the needs of carers and families of people with dementia.

Thanks very much to everyone who has helped.

Tommy
