Event: London Marathon 2022, on 2 October 2022
#TeamPCR are running the TCS London Marathon 2022 to support innovative scientists developing more effective and less harmful treatments for prostate cancer.

Story

On October 2nd Jacek Arszynski and I will be running the London Marathon for Prostate Cancer Research to help raise awareness and funds for much needed projects.

This charity is extremely close to everyone at A D Bly Construction with Aaron McSkimming (Managing Director), Kevin McSkimming, Ryan McSkimming, Marc Hilton, David Boden and Maria Thorne have all helped raise over 100k.

A D Bly have managed to enter a team in the London Marathon on behalf of Alex McSkimming for the last 5 years. Alex (Aaron's Dad) passed away in 2015 following a two year battle with Prostate Cancer.

On a personal level Prostate Cancer has also effected my family, with my Grandad passing away due to the illness. Statistics show one in eight men in the UK will be affected by Prostate Cancer and by raising as much as we can to help PCR hopefully we can get closer to beating this horrible disease.

Thank you for taking the time to look at our page and read our story, any donation however small or large would be appreciated .

Thank you,

Tom
