UPDATE:
Due to the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19, the student London to Paris ride for Breast Cancer Now has been cancelled. The new plan is that Team Birmingham will take part in Prudential RideLondon, where I will be attempting the 100-mile route. If this cannot go ahead, we will be riding 230 miles (the length of London to Paris) within the constraints of the lockdown situation as it develops.

In July 2020, I will be cycling 230 miles from London to Paris and finishing underneath the Eiffel Tower. I am fundraising for Breast Cancer Now, the largest breast cancer charity in Europe funding life-saving research and life-changing care for everybody affected by Breast Cancer.
As someone more suited to sitting in the Redbrick Office than sitting in the saddle of a bike, this will be a real challenge, but one for a great cause! Every year, 46,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in England. In the UK it's the most common form of cancer, with one diagnosis every ten minutes.
You can follow along with my progress through spinning classes, running clubs, pub quizzes and trying to find time not to fail my degree...
If you can, any donation would be hugely appreciated as I prepare to take on this huge challenge and organise fundraising events throughout the year! Thank you so much for your incredible support, I will make sure to keep you updated on my fundraising and training before I share my pictures at the finish line with you!
