We were looking for a really special way to celebrate Tom Chaplin's birthday this year. He's turning 40 and that's always a tough birthday to celebrate. We wanted to do something with a big impact and @asta_elina_79 private messaged us at @Keaneshadow and suggested raising funds for something near and dear to his heart - Rwanda Aid. We instantly knew this would be the perfect gift! 

What does Rwanda Aid do?

They are committed to aiding the vulnerable and disadvantaged, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge to build a better future for themselves, their families and their community. For those who don't know, this charity was founded and run by Tom's father - David Chaplin. 

What can YOU do?

We are challenging all KEANE fans worldwide to make a donation big or small in celebration of Tom's birthday before March 8th. We have over 6,000 followers on Twitter and an additional 2,000+ on Facebook - so even if 10% of you donated £10 each, collectively we could help bring hope and a promise of a better future to local Rwanda communities in need.
