My friends and I are taking part in the Nuffield Health Triathlon Challenge on 27th May 2012 in memory of our friend, Pat, who recently died from a brain tumour.

For anyone who didn't know Pat, please read about him here. For those that did know Pat, you'll know what an instantly likeable, incredibly witty and extremely happy and positive person he was, we all really miss him.

Brain Tumour Research was a charity that Pat supported, and any donations, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
