FirstlyI have chosen to support PARKINSONS UK charity as my uncle has been diagnosed with this dibilitating disease and as a consequence will not be able to come to my wedding celebrations this year in May. He has been a great inspiration to me as he is a keen engineer and very practically minded and capable person.

Secondly I have never run further than 100m in my life, therefore this event will likely be the biggest humiliation ever for me! Hence you should give generously and support my chosen cause.
