Memories are better than dreams!  

2022 marks the 40th Anniversary of Isabel Hospice! 

So there's no better time for Tom and I to embark on their biggest fundraising challenge of the year, to climb a rather big mountain - Mount Kilimanjaro! 

Isabel's 'Hospice at Home Team' has a special place in our hearts given the incredible care they provided for Liz, our lovely Mum and Granny, in the last month of her life.

Our entire family and Liz's closest friends were able to spend precious time at home with her thanks to the amazing and talented nursing team. 

We will be forever grateful for the loving care and support they provided to us all and for our cherished memories. 

There's no doubt this is going to be a really tough challenge but if we can be half as strong, resilient and courageous as Liz was, we hope to reach the summit! 

A huge thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for your kind donations. Every penny Tom and I raise will go towards Isabel's in-patient and community nursing, crucial to enable the charity to continue their vital end of life care.
