Outrun an Ambulance · 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2030 · Start fundraising for this event

A virtual challenge to 'outrun' the mileage covered by an East of England Ambulance on an average shift responding to emergencies. Choose the activity and time-frame to suit you or your team. You just need to beat the distance by 1 mile!

Story

The East of England Ambulance Service staff and volunteers really go the extra mile to keep us all safe during challenging times. Please support us to go the extra mile for them as we take on the 'Outrun an Ambulance' challenge.

We‘re each looking to cover 92 miles in the month of February. (92 miles is what an Ambulance from our local Ambulance Station does on an average shift)

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST) provides emergency and urgent care, as well as patient transport services across 7,500 square miles and serving over 6.2million people in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Your donations will be used to provide enhanced facilities and wellbeing support for staff and volunteers operating from Ambulance Stations in the East of England region.

Thank you for your support.
