Hello! Thanks for being here and donating (finger's crossed). 

On 29th October 2022, along with my fellow teammates from the Salters' Livery Company, I will be be taking on the Halloween Marathon Walk across London. I am fundraising on behalf of Young Lives vs Cancer.

So, why Young Lives vs Cancer? Well, they help families find the strength to face everything cancer throws at them, covering all basis from when a child is first told they have cancer, the financial support needed, the emotional and psychological support needed and, in the worst cases, bereavement support. 

Here are some facts that really stood out to me:

1. 1 in 2 people will develop some form of cancer in their lifetime.

2. 10 million people die every year from cancer

3. Cancer is the second-leading cause of death worldwide

The pandemic hit Young Lives vs Cancer in a bad way and so I urge you, where possible, to dig deep. They are doing incredible things for incredible people who are struggling every. single. day. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and any donation will be appreciated hugely!
