Newport Mind has been supporting the local community for over 40 years. The demand for mental health support is now greater than ever. With your help, we can continue to meet that demand. Every penny raised really helps provide life-changing services to the people of Newport. 

Newport Mind have done and do help many people on a daily basis to manage, support and improve mental health issues and I'm really pleased to get back to fundraising for this fantastic cause at what feels like the most important time, with the testing personal/worldwide battle and events we've all been through and continue to do so in a very challenging world!
