Five years ago today we lost our Dad to cancerous brain tumours. I still can’t even think about it, let alone talk about it, so I’ve decided this year I’m going to act on it and do something positive. My aim is to raise money for the St David’s Hospice; they supported my Dad and our family through the final stages of his life. I’ve signed up to run the Bristol Half Marathon in September and I’d like to try and raise £750 for the charity. The race takes place on Sunday the 23rd September.
