I am taking part in Ride for Love 2 an epic 250 mile bike ride from the Spanish coast in Aguilas to the highest road in Europe in the Sierra Nevada at 15,000ft (totally climbing will be a brutal 25,000ft!).    Very little of this will be FUN (except the the Iberico pork) - so why subject myself to this?!  To raise funds for the amazing TRIBE Freedom Foundation (and to give myself a physical challenge to make up for all those times I bunked off sport at school!)

TRIBE Freedom Foundation was established by the TRIBE community to help fight modern slavery as we push the limits of human endurance. 

Their mission is to raise £100,000 for the most innovative and impressive front-line anti-slavery projects.

In 2018, they are supporting Ella's Home in East London (http://www.ellas-home.co.uk/) and The Snowdrop Project in Sheffield (https://snowdropproject.co.uk/).

These are two genuinely exceptional projects providing the highest quality long-term support for survivors exiting situations of trafficking and exploitation.
