Dulcie is a beautiful and brave six-year-old from Shropshire. In December 2021 Dulcie was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that has a 40-50% chance of long-term survival at diagnosis.

Story

I am doing a charity walk for Dulcie O'Kelly, the Granddaughter of John O'Kelly, a former RSM of the 1st Battalion the Royal Irish Rangers and Daughter to C/Sgt Gavin O'Kelly, formerly of the 1st Battalion the Royal Irish Regiment, Gavin is still serving in an FTRS post. The walk is along the Jurassic coast, over 100 miles, starting on Rangers day the 01st July 22.  As part of our fine Regiment, Dulcie is indeed one of our own and needs our help, here is Dulcie's story.

Dulcie is a beautiful and brave five-year-old from Shropshire. She loves My Little Pony, all Disney princesses, rainbows and all things that sparkle! In December 2021 Dulcie was diagnosed with high-risk neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive childhood cancer that has a 40-50% chance of long-term survival at diagnosis. Her parents are currently fundraising for potentially lifesaving treatment, either to get their daughter into remission or to try and keep the cancer away if her frontline treatment does go to plan. This could cost hundreds of thousands of pounds, please open the link on the page to Dulcie's campaign, this will give you the full story and updates, thank you.
