Very sadly/annoyingly I am having to withdraw from this years race. I am deferring my place and will compete in 2024- though am also contemplating another race in autumn 2023 all being well.  I injured my hip about a month ago and despite physio, rest and most recently a cortisone injection it has got worse not better.  What kept me trying was your support so thankyou so much for all the donations.   If anyone would like to receive their sponsorship back let me know and I will sort it promptly.  Otherwise I am still very determined to get over the finish line, just even slower than planned!!!
